A new life

Ok so honestly i really don't know how to respond to this one. I guess I have change a little but don't know how I could connect the book to any of it. This book did help me enhance my reading abilities but that is were my horizons stop with this one. Since we have been reading this book my alpaca had a baby, YAY!!!! I really am having a hard time with this one. Anyone else agree?

If you thought that this one was hard to let me hear about it. If you think that I am just being completly stupid and that this is the easiest asignment ever let me hear it, I can take. Hold nothing back. I really want to know what you all think of this.

PLEASE RESPOND
Cody

Why I Deserve an A

-I deserve an A because I plan on talking about how excited I was to blog as homework
-I deserve an A because I would love to talk about how awesome reading in class is
-I deserve an A since I am going to share with you an awesome photograph in our mind when I herd about Susie
-I deserve an A for nearly the fact that my plans to awe you with my reaction of being in a totally fantastic and awesome English class while enjoying fresh baked Otis Spunkmeyer cookies
-I deserve an A because I wished to tell you that being elected senator was like eating an amazing bowl of gold metal ribbon ice cream
I would have gotten an A if only I did the assignment.

Theme

The theme I chose to write about is growing up.I think this theme is over looked because it does not have to do with the main point of the story. Growing up is a challenge that ever human being has to .go through. It is talked about threw Jem.During the story he becomes more mature and doesn't wont to play childish games.

Scout doesn't like this because Jem is acting like he is better then Scout now. At one point on page 99 he says "Atticus is a gentlemen, just like me", trying to act mature.

Atticus is a great father in a different way from the standered we have set. Atticus doesn't have strict rules or discipline but he loves his kids he is afraid that if he attacks them with alot of rules then they wont love him. The fact that with strict rules they can't learn themselfs worries him to. You can really tell this on page 34 when he say " just forget it..." about Aunt Alexendra's rules.

Atticus is like my parents in some ways and not in others. My parents let me go and stuff alone, simular to atticus. They are different in the way that I am 14 abd not 8. Also, my parrents know what is happening in all of their kids life, unlike Atticus.
