Favorite and least favorite assignments

FAVORITE:
My favorite assignment of the year was the comic strips! i had so much fun with that and i thought that a lot of them were really funny. i even liked just laughing with people about there art work! I thought it was so funny!! So many people got so creative with that and really did some great work.

I couldn't decide so i have another favorite. POETRY!!!!!!!! the entire unit was great! everyone had so much fun with that. I think if i didn't have a phone go off in the middle of my reading, then i could have given Katey a run for her money! ha! I loved righting my own poetry though. i also liked listening to everyone else poems because there were some really good ones. I thought that all the ways you (Mrs. gilman) tried to make us remember our poems, some of us were hopeless though, even with no cell phone interruption! haha

LEAST FAVORITE:
I HATED 5 PART PARAGRAPHS!!!!!!!!!!!! if you don't agree then you are completely and totally insane! they are pointless and just made every paper sound the same. I think that when we are writing we should have much more freedom. I hope i never have to do those again, but i will next year. they just kept coming back. every time we think we were done with them we would have to do another one and another one and another one!!! i have strong feelings about these, obviously.

OBWAT

I think this movie is full of awkward pauses and random moments that people find very funny these days. The point were the three girls are singing at the river was kind of freaky though. I also Think it is really weird that Pete just jumps out of the car as soon as he sees them. Stocker? One of the funniest parts in the move comes right after that, when Pete is "turned into a toad". That was really funny. I really don't see a lot of the movie comparing easily to The Odyssey. Maybe thats just me.

Epic Simile

( i didn't know if the first would work and i liked doing these so here is another)

I just did a painting. The feeling I got was like winning a noble prize. The adrenalin rushing though your vains as you walk onto the stage to accept your trophy from the old, shrivled up man. Your smile is from ear to ear and you have never felt happier. You are so proud of your end result, after hours in the lab. You step back and admire your art work.

Epic Simile

When I walked onto the alpaca farm for the first time the stench was like a lemon, slowly beginning to rot in the bowl. A smell that forced your lunch back up your throat, rapidly. Trying so hard not to vomit all over the greened lemon. You can never get it out of head. Piercing your nose; stinging your senses. As your head starts to ache, you finally dispose of the terrible old fruit and leave the farm.

Extra Credit

Ok
the final scene. what to say about the final? well.. it was different. i kinda thought it was just a blob of stupid chaos. it is just overkill. i mean what is the point in having lady cap. die? there isn't a good reason.

maybe shakespeare got really depressed, cause he got in a fight with his dad or something, when he wrote this. it really did not make sence to me
he should have focused more on romeo and juliets death.
